Terms and Conditions By placing an
order with us, KOOL CAT KNITTING you accept these Terms and Conditions.
We try to
ensure the accuracy of our website and we reserve the right to change some of
the details from time to time. We
will try to rectify any errors, but we cannot be responsible for any losses
incurred. All prices are
temporary and can be changed as we find necessary. We may change the terms and conditions without prior notice. We will
normally despatch the goods ordered to the customer within two working days
following receipt of payment from the customer. If this is not possible due to shortage of stock or for any
other reason we will notify the customer of any delay. In the event of such a delay the customer will have the
opportunity to amend or cancel the order. Until further
notice payment must be made by cheque drawn on a French bank.
Privacy We will only
use the information that we collect about you lawfully.
We will not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. The type of
information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone
number, and e-mail address. All personal
information is obtained for the purposes of completing transactions. We will
never give out or sell your information to a third party nor disclose any
information pertaining to any transaction. Delivery Orders are
normally despatched within two working days, unless the customer is advised by
email of any delay. We use
Colissimo France and delivery dates and times are determined by Colissimo
France. Returns Goods are sold
on a non return basis except if a fault is found. If any fault is found the customer must notify us by letter
or email giving full details of the fault within three months of the
purchase/invoice date. We will then
tell the customer if it is appropriate for the goods to be returned for
examination and/or testing. The
customer must pay the postal charge to return the goods to us. If a fault
claim is found to be valid we shall replace the goods or issue a refund for the
value of the goods and any postal charge paid for the return of the goods. All returned goods must be accompanied by a copy of our email or letter of agreement for the return. We cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit on returns. It is the Customer's responsibility to wrap the product adequately to prevent damage. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier, and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. From time to time we shall hold a clearance sale. Items offered for sale may be sold on a non return basis. In this case the goods will be clearly marked 'non return'.
